In any case our Blue skies talk provider fail's to deliver a positive experience that fulfills the students needs an appropriate resolution will be reached. This is deemed a partial refund of 50 %

In any case the event manager ( School or private entity ) fails to provide minimum requirements to facilitate Blue skies provider and no talk or unsatisfactory execution of subject matter.
